Three Ways to Find Us
It is easy to find us at the Debbie Fyffe Theatre School. We are located within the Bromley Valley Gymnastics Centre, Chipperfield Road, St Paul’s Cray, Kent, BR5 2QR. The DFTS entrance gate is situated at the top of the centre, opposite the municipal car park, which is next to the Texaco – Londis Petrol station. See Map
Approaching from St Mary Cray Station
The nearest train station is St Mary Cray station. This is approximately 30 mins from Victoria (service to Gillingham from London Victoria) and then DFTS is a 15-20 minute walk. You can get the R11 or B14 bus, which stops about a minute walk away.
As soon as you get out of the station there are two bus stops on each side of the road. You need to catch the R11 or the B14 from the bus stop on the left side. The stop nearest DFTS is called Goose Green Close. As soon as you stop you will see St. Paul’s Cray Library. Bromley Valley Gymnastics Centre is the next building, so you have to walk back to the main road to access it.
The entrance to DFTS is via the first set of black gates you will approach on your left hand side. This is opposite the municipal car park on the right and there is a bus stop right outside the gates.
Approaching from St Paul’s Wood Hill/Midfield Way
If you are coming up Chipperfield Road, the entrance to DFTS is via the third set of black gates on your right hand side. This is after the Murco petrol station on your left and the bus stop on your right.
The first and second set of black gates you will approach lead to the Gymnastics Centre only. Please pass these and walk on to the next set of gates. These gates lead to the Debbie Fyffe Theatre School entrance. Entry into the school is via the second door you will approach once through the gates.
Approaching from Leesons Hill
If you are coming down Chipperfield Road, the entrance to DFTS is on the left via the first set of black gates.
After St Peters Church and the Ambulance station on your right the entrance is opposite the municipal car park.
There is a bus stop right outside the gates. If you face the bus stop with the recycling bins behind you, the gates to DFTS are to the left of the bus stop, the gates to the right lead to the Gymnastics Centre.
Once inside the gates, walk to the end of the car park, in the far corner you will see a partly covered walk way, go through this which will then bring you to the DFTS entrance, which will be on your right hand side.
